Naples real estate market continues to increase and stay strong and healthy.  Mid range sales of $300k-$500k led closed sales with a 10% increase.  The overall inventory decreased 18%; however it is typical for this to increase once season hits.  Even though inventory is down and prices continue to rise, buyer's should not be discouraged as seller's have dropped list prices (almost 30% of listings) which is a sign that seller's keep testing top dollar for their homes.
